Stay strong and steady
Our reformer-based classes help you stay strong and steady, with plenty of support and modifications along the way. We keep classes small so your instructor can keep a proper eye on you and adjust as your body changes.
When to start: most people join us from early in the second trimester. Check with your doctor or midwife first.

Rebuild strength gently
When you’re ready to come back, we’re here. Our postnatal classes rebuild strength gently, with a real focus on your pelvic floor and core, alongside other new mums who get it.
When to start: usually from around six weeks after birth, maybe a bit longer after a caesarean. Get the all-clear from your doctor first.
Bringing baby along? Have a look at our Mums & Bubs classes too.
What to bring: a mat, a towel, and clean grip socks (available to buy if you need them). We’re a short drive from Hurstville, Oatley, Mortdale and the wider St George area.

Can I just attend regular classes and modify?
During your first trimester, you're welcome to attend our regular classes if you're feeling well and comfortable doing so. From your second trimester, we'll ask you to move into our dedicated Pre & Postnatal Pilates classes.
These aren't simply regular Reformer classes with a few exercises swapped out. They're planned specifically for pregnancy and taught by instructors specifically trained to teach prenatal Pilates, so you can simply come in and enjoy your class without needing to work out what you should or shouldn't be modifying as you go.
