Mums & Bubs

We know how hard it is to try and squeeze in a workout when you have a baby. That’s why we run mums and bubs classes in 4 week blocks, so you can make a small commitment to yourself where you can enjoy a mat pilates or yoga class while your little one sleeps next to you (or joins you on the mat for a stretch!). the classes

You can expect:

The perfect level of workout for new mums
A little bit of stretching (this is the best part!)
Our 4 week blocks will alternate between Yoga and Mat Pilates
Freedom to attend to your baby however and whenever needed throughout class
Mummy & Baby matching grippy socks at your first visit
You’ll need to have received clearance from your healthcare practitioner at your 6 week postpartum check up, and this class is best suited to baby’s who are not yet on the move – or at least can’t get away from you too quickly.
