We’re a boutique fitness studio in Penshurst, south of Sydney, offering a range of Pilates, Yoga and Barre classes. Our class sizes are small, so you can enjoy personalised attention and get to know other members of the Inspired Pilates & Yoga community.

Pilates
the ultimate workout

We use a contemporary approach to Pilates based on the latest scientific research. Our Pilates classes are suitable for all levels of experience, so there’s no need for an intro or beginners’ session. Just book your class and away you go!

Yoga
for every body

Our yoga classes are rooted in hatha yoga style, involving deep-breathing exercises and flowing vinyasa movements, followed by a resting period called savasana. This combination gives you the perfect balance of stretching, strengthening and relaxation.

Barre Belle
ballet meets bootcamp

Barre belle is both fun and addictive, and we can promise you that no one takes it too seriously. Whether you want to improve your fitness, have a bit of a dance or just try something new, barre is a fun workout your body will love.

Pre & Postnatal
for pregnancy & beyond

In our pre and postnatal classes, you’ll enjoy a gentle workout that doesn’t skimp on the important strengthening work your body needs to cope with the physical stresses of pregnancy and beyond.

Mums & Bubs
workouts for two

We know how hard it is to try and squeeze in a workout when you have a baby. Our regular mums and bubs classes, mean can enjoy a mat pilates or yoga class while your little one sleeps next to you (or joins you on the mat).
